How we use it
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to respond to your inquiry and, where relevant, to evaluate a potential engagement. It is never used for marketing, and it is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties.
Submissions are sent directly to Kaléo by email and are not stored in a database on this website.
Where your information goes
This website is hosted with a provider whose servers are located in the United States, so information submitted through the contact form may be processed or stored outside Canada, where it could be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction. This site also loads a typeface from Google Fonts — that request shares your device's IP address with Google, though it does not set any cookies.
Retention
We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, or — if an engagement proceeds — for as long as Kaléo's professional recordkeeping obligations require.
Your rights
Under Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), you may request access to the personal information we hold about you or ask that it be corrected.
